Sickler Tarpey & Associates is an accounting firm based in Tyrone, Pennsylvania. We primarily work in Central Pennsylvania but also remotely in all 50 states and for many US citizens overseas.
The company first started with Oliver Schell in 1948. Then years later Oliver hired his cousin, Harry K. Sickler. Harry expanded and hired more employees, including his partner, Randy Tarpey in 1994.
Sickler Tarpey & Associates branched out and has two locations- Tyrone and Altoona. We like to think of ourselves as an all-inclusive accounting firm whether it is handling personal taxes to consulting on new business ventures. We make this possible with our connections in the community and attentiveness to the clients.
Harry and Randy have helped the community in many ways, including reviving downtown Tyrone. They love to see their local community grow and each volunteer at many organizations. The firm supports many non-profits in various ways other than non-profit tax preparation.
